Well it has been awhile since I have blogged, just not quite sure where to start!!!!!!!!!

Well we had our weekend at Camp Manyung, what a hoot that was, a great time had by all, we are almost booked out for next year already.

We are going to have two sales coming up one which is the online store which will be 20% off and if you are a loyalty member you will receive 30%. We are also having the instore sale, I have so much stock arriving that I have to clear some to make room (Darren won't let me have an extension) (lol).

I will be back with more blogging now that I have my new friend (laptop) I can do my blogging and check blogging all day long. What's more important is that I can order stock all day long asw well.

I'm Back

Well Hello, I am back!!!!!!!!!

Yes I am back from Vietnam, refreshed, inspired and ready to roll.

The trip was an interesting one, Bangkok was fantastic had a ball shopping what a change not shopping for scrapbooking products it was a new experience. I had a couple of favourite places in Vietnam one of them being Hoi An the place to shop for tailormade clothes and shoes (yes excess luggage) we had to buy a large suitcase, a small cabin suitcase, and also another cabin bag my new Gucci one (lol fake) but it looks good.

Another favourite was Hue and Nha Trang which is a beachside resort where you sit on the beach and the locals cook you fresh seafood. We went on a Luxury Junk on Halong Bay it was sensational living the life of the rich and famous.

Well I will post some photo's tommorrow on a post, but just thought that I would let everyone know that I am back and will catch up with you all.

Where did March go?

I cannot believe that it is April already, where does time go!!!!!!!!

Well the count down is starting just under 3 weeks to go until we leave for our Holiday to Bangkok and Vietnam for 3 weeks. The only problem is there are so many things to do before we take off.

We have lots of new stock that has arrived - Basic Grey all 5 new lines and boy it is gorgeous also arriving today is the new Scenic Route lines along with the 3 new lines from Crate Paper, Core-ordinations is also due this week. The new Teresa Collins range is here is Australia and getting ready to be shipped and new goodies from Heidi Swapp just to name a few things.

Our challenge page that have been received so far are up in the gallery and the entries are fantastic with just a couple more entries to be handed in , the new pack will be available next week the cost of the challenge pack is $10.00 and packed full of goodies, and it due to be handed in by May 11th.

Our SALE DAY APRIL 19TH is approaching very fast and there are lots of bargains to be had. There is lot of paper, embellishments, stamps, rubons etc in the sale. We have to make room for all the new stock that is constantly arriving, some I have not even had a chance to put on the website. Don't miss out on the bargains and let your friends know.

Monday Labour Day Crop

Just a quick note to let everyone know that we are having a crop day on Labour Day from 10.00am till 6.00pm $20.00 per head, includes morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea. Please phone Kirsty to book as only limited places.

We are now open Tuesday's from 9.30am till 1.30, Thursdays 9.30 am til 4.00pm and Saturdays
9.30am til 3.00pm. Feel free to drop in and browse, have a cuppa and if you want on Thursdays and Saturdays you are welcome to crop.

Friday night crops are from 6.30pm til late bookings are essential.

Hello, well I cannot believe how time flies it is almost the end of February already. March is a busy month expecially the first week with 3 birthdayss all in a row KIRSTY's is the 1st March so we will have a celebration on Friday night for that one, JENNA's is the 4th March so we are going to celebrate that on Sunday and then she will sleep over Monday night so that she is home on Tuesday for her birthday. Then comes VICKI's on the 8th March, looks like a big week of celebrations coming up. I cannot forget that 21st March is my little mate COOPER's first birthday, cannot believe where that year went, although it has been an eventful one at that.

Just a note on SHOP NEWS all of the CHA products are starting to drift in we are expecting Cherry Arts new 3 lines today, Inque Boutique just waiting on that one to arrive from America,
Kaisercraft a huge order has arrived from them and the prices are fantastic. Awaiting arrival of
Cosmo Cricket new lines, Crate Paper new lines, Basic Grey 5 new lines, Scenic Route new lines,
Theresa Collins etc etc etc it just goes on. Don't forget anyone who has not registered online you only have a couple more days to get the 10% discount, this offer will close after 29th February, so hurry and join.

Bad, Bad, extra Bad Blogger

Hi everyone, boy oh boy I just looked at my blog and saw when I last posted, that is shocking well I had better catch you up on all that has been happening.

Well Emma and Tim are finally married yes that's right I have been to the Wedding of the year!!!! The ceremony was at St James in Brighton, then onto The Langham Hotel for the reception. We had the 12 seater bus and picked up a few of Jenna's friends on the way (Party Bus). The ceremony was very nice although when Jenna walked down the aisle the tears started (I am such a sook) but I couldn't help it she looked so beautiful.

After the ceremony we all went and checked into the Mercure where we were all staying, we then caught taxi's down to the reception. Guess what was left in the boot of the taxi yes that's right the present!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Well after 3 hours it finally came back to the Langham (very stressful)

Steph is loving her new career in Virgin Blue, S has almost been everywhere only a couple of places left that S has not visited. The photo posted is one of Steph and her trainers at Virgin Blue.

This weekend we are off the the Zoo to see Daryl Braithwaite can't wait (bring back a few memories) well at least I will know the words to most of the songs (lol)

We are all getting ready for Paperific and there is so much stock arriving from CHA. We have alot of specials in store that are not yet on the website, so it is worth a trip down to Debling to have a look.

Our weekend away is filling very fast, it is being held at Camp Munyang, we are having cocktails and karaoke on the Saturday night with the theme 'BLING'. We welcome anyone who wants to just come for the day. There will be some raffles, games and challenges and all proceeds from the weekend will go to Dylan Hartung. Our main prize for the weekend is a Billabong watch donated by Mel Roomes (thanks Mel)

There will also be some classes running on the weekend the classes will be $5.00 plus product which will be in Kit form and the $5.00 will be donated to Dylan as well.

Well the delivery vans are running hot, October Afternoon has arrived, be quick and look at the website as alot of this has already sold!!!!!!! The new Cosmo Cricket and Junkitz should be online tonight or tommorrow so keep your eye out.

Debling In Design has now become one of the direct retailers for INQUE BOUTIQUE Victoria these stamps range from $4.50 to $13.00 great value, better than the price in KMART. Inque also have a fantastic range of Chipboard, embossing powders and also inks which we will also be stocking. We are expecting an order from America by the end of the week (fingers crossed)

Don't forget if you are not doing anything Australia Day we are having an ALL DAY CROP commencing at 10am till 6pm. The cost of the day is $15.oo including morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea (Aussie traditional food of course).

News Update

Well bit of a late night last night once again Joy and myself burnt the candle at both ends!!!!! the other girls starting leaving around 12. Joy and I got a bit silly around 1am we called it our 1 o'clock, 2 o'clock then 3 o'clock oh my god its time we went to bed!!!!!! We have taken some photos of each hour getting sillier by the minute, we thought it was lightning but it was just the camera flashes clicking on the hour. Here are some pics for you to get a laugh at.

Yes all those girls who went home early missed all the fun. Although I think that I need a few lessons in taking self portraits , I am not as good as some others at taking them (WT)

Well Two Scoops is moving fast, and next week we have the new Junkitz line arriving.

Wow What A Day

Well this was dessert can, this was some scrapping while others thought that they were at the resort.
Well a fun day was had by all.

Darren once again was a wizz in the kitchen, starting with lunch that was greek lamb wrap, and assorted rolls.
Afternoon tea was fruit served on ice with dips, cheese and bickies.
Dinner was Chicken Caeser Salad and then Ron added his flair with this fantastic pav for dessert.

It was a great day although very hot, the air conditioner and fans were working overtime, but that did not stop the laughs, scrapping and sing the next line that Andrea had her Karoake skills going along with the hips.

Welcome to Deborah our new scrapper who is a newby, glad that you had a fun day.

The night finished around 1.30am with the usuals Joy, Jody Tanya and myself.

It has been nice being on holidays as over the past few days it has been nice having a few old scrapping buddies popping in (wont name any names as they have requested on the grounds that they may be incrimated as it seems you are not allowed to shop anywhere you like without being made to feel guilty) Maybe 2008 will become a new era in scrapbooking!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks to everyone who has been registering on the website, don't forget to register on the gallery, you can have your layouts published on there for everyone to see.

"OPENING DAY"

Well we are nearly there, just the airconditioning to be installed and we are ready to go!!!!!

I have had a wonderful band of helpers, Kirsty, Vicki and Jody. Darren has done a fantastic job along with all his helpers Ron and Ian.

These are sneak peak photos of what it looks like although a few of you have already been shopping so you know what it's like!!!!

Boy Oh Boy - Bad Blogger

Hello everyone, boy I have been a very bad blogger for not keeping you all up to date.

Where do I start !!!!!! We had our all day crop which was a fantastic day and Darren was the perfect Hubby preparing all the morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and then dinner. He even supplied take away for Jody and Dale who had a huge day at the Dylan Garage Sale. It was 10am til 10pm although some of us did kick on until wee hours of the morning. Guess who were the last 2 scrappers standing.

Last Friday was my Birthday and boy was I spoiled. Kirsty, Darren and I think that Jody was in on the surprises as well !!! When I arrived home the scrap room was filled with Hellium Balloons, Kirsty had been very busy. We were all in Party mode all the girls had made Hand Made cards which were absolutely beautiful, I was so excited reading them all. I will post a photo of all the cards tonight.

On Saturday Jody had a fantastic card class with 2 newbys Ash and Liz, Liz was actually a Virgin to scrapping but did a fantastic job. Liz kept up very well with all the girls in the class, well done Liz. We even had a special class member Mr Cooper. Thanks for a great class Jody all the girls loved it, infact they don't want to give their cards away.

We have had lots of stock arriving the newest being KI Memories Pop Coulture range, this will be on the online store over the next couple of days, or Friday Night you are welcome to come and shop when Crop Night is on. The 2 new ranges of Scenic Route has also arrived.

There is going to be a big sale at the end of the month "MOVING SALE" yes that's right we are making a few changes more will be told as the time gets closer stay tuned !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi everyone,

Just a quick post for everyone to catch up on the news.

There will be no crop night this Friday night 23rd November as there is the All Day Crop on Saturday 10am - 10pm or as we say 10am till whenever. There are still a couple of places left not many so if you would like to come give Kirsty a call on 0404 789 035 but be quick!!!!!!!

The gallery is almost ready for its maiden voyage, with some fantastic work to be displayed from classes and also crop nights/days.

Debling in Design shop will also be open on Saturday from 10am so if you would like to pop along and have a look feel free, there will also be samples from the Christmas Card Class available for viewing as well. (if you want to book for this class you will need to hurry there maybe 1 or 2 places left, we may have to run this class again as it is very popular with our very talented Jody White.

Hi everyone, I have to say THANK YOU to everyone who has been registering on the online store, you will all notice that there has lots of product been entered now.

I have a few people that I would like to thank firstly Paul Jenkins my IT man and his lovely wife Julie. Julie came over and gave me a quick lesson and as I am not all that good with the modern technology I thought OH MY GOD, how am I going to do this. For those of you who know me well, will be surprised at what I have achieved over the last few days.

A Big THANK YOU to Kirsty who has spent the last couple of days with me counting stock, what would I do without you.

And then there is JODY what would I have done without you, Jody has taught me some new computer skills this week and since then I have been off. Jody has also been helping me load stock as well.

Today is SHADDY'S birthday he is 3 or as we say 21 in human years, and believe you me he knows that he is pretty special today.

We have booked our first WEEKEND AWAY it is the QUEENS BIRTHDAY WEEKEND 3 glorious nights in what will be the newly renovated Regatta House at Camp Manyung (reno's due to be finished before Christmas they are still half way through the reno's at the moment)

We already have quite a few bookings so get in fast and book.

Hi Girls, sorry that I have been so slack with my blogging but it has been very hectic.

Thanks to everyone who has been registering on DeblinginDesign website, you can look on Sunday as on Saturday most of the stock and class kits will be all loaded and ready for sale.

I will be posting samples tonight and tommorrow night on the blog for some of the classes coming up.

17th November - Christmas Class $70.00 includes class and all products (even lunch)
You will be making HO HO which will stand up on your Mantle
A Christmas Wreath and also a Frame Coaster set. the only thing that you
will need to bring is your scissors and glue.
There are still some spots left in this class time will be 10am - 3pm

21st November - Classic Class which is also made up in a kit you will need a 5 x 7 photo
glue and trimmer the cost is $20.00 for class and all product.

24th November- All day crop. $40.00 includes morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner.
If you do not want to stop for dinner the cost is $30.00
Starts 10.00am till 10pm or the usual whenever.

28th November - Christmas Countdown Tree the cost is once again $20.00 including class and
all product.

1st December - Christmas Cards or if you don't want to make Christmas you can make
the cards to suit any occasion all products included $25.00
There will be stamping techniques and a large variety of cards in all
sizes.

Crops, Stock and Priscilla

Hi everyone, sorry I have not blogged for a few days, time just goes so fast where do I start

Friday Night in came Kirsty with 2 HUGE boxes from Aussie Scrap Source, all the new BG Figgy oh my god it is gorgeous, then in the other box was more goodies the new Paper Loft range. Kirsty, Christie Jody and myself were all running around getting priced before anyone arrived.

We had a Stamp it up party which Jody organised it was lots of fun. We had a few new croppers on Friday night some of the gang from Crop tiya Drop, it was lovely to see those girls and we also had Joy come back and join us. Funny how things turnaround. We wrapped up around 3.15am.

Saturday I woke up at 7.30am and proceeded to get organised for a weekend in the City to see
Priscilla Queen of the Desert. It was fantastic, the costuming was so well done. I think that this show will do well overseas. On Saturday for lunch we went to the Greek Restaurant at Docklands call Saganaki it was very yummy and after the show we went back to Docklands for Pizza.

Sunday we headed of to the market and then later to Doyles in Mordialloc.

Monday not very well I think that I have picked up a Gastro or a virus that is going around, should be home in bed but someone's gotta come to work.

Weekend Rap Up

Hi, sorry that I have not blogged for a few days, here is a catch up.

Friday my new Kluger arrived (really works) but I am the only one who has driven it so far, not quite ready to rent it yet I am still too attached. Anyway I have to keep test driving and looking after it because Leeanne has already told me that when we are finished with it, Leeanne is going to buy it. lol so really I am just protecting Leeanne's interest!!!!!

On Saturday we decided that we were going to go out for lunch, drove around and suprise surprise we ended up at Fratelli's. A bottle of wine, bottle of champagne, good food, nice sunny day and then had to go home for a sleep, felt a bit tired!!!!! Later woke up and went around to Kirsty's had a game of Bowling Wii, then back home. Kirsty is too good at this game I will have to get some more practice in.

Sunday morning Jody and I went for breakfast yes guess where? I am thinking about taking shares in Fratelli's, anyway we had a lovely breakfast a bottle of bubbly then back home.
Sunday Afternoon the family all came over and we had an afternoon tea so that they could all catch up with Steph, as training starts in just over a week for her new career as Virgin Blue Cabin Crew.

Well Hi is you are still reading, Don' forget to have a look at the classes list and book in with Kirsty or myself. I will be posting samples over the next couple of days.

Class Bookings

Hi everyone,

Just a quick post hope that you are all having a great weekend.

I have just finished putting together a crop and class listing until the end of the year.

All classes listed are now open for bookings, you can call Kirsty for prices on the number listed 0404789035. Most classes except for the speciality classes all $10.00

The all day crop will be $40.00 including all meals.

The christmas class which is 3 in one is yet to be priced but will be over the next couple of days it will include all product.

All of the classes come in Kit form so you are welcome to purchase the instructions and product, if you are interested please email me at debling_in_design@hotmail.com.

On Friday night this week we are having a STamp It party, if you would like to attend please give Kirsty a call.

New Start

Hello everyone, well today was the finale of me being associated with D & S Scrapbooking Retreats, as of today I am just Debling in Design. So anyone coming tommorrow night to crop we may have to crack a bottle of bubbly to celebrate a new era.

A few weeks ago I suggested a prize for leaving a message on the blog, tonight Darren reminded me that I had not drawn the prize. So DRUM ROLL...............................AND THE WINNER IS

Get a Cuppa Long Post Ahead

Hi everyone, sorry I know I have been slack and not updated. It has been a couple of busy days.

Let's see Friday went to Paperific and had my shoppers with me Vicki, Kirsty, Jody, Christie and Chris it was a cramped venue talking to Kathy from Remember When she was not very impressed with the set up at all, but good news Kathy said there will be 2 of them next year.
Well after looking for around an hour and a bit we decided that it was time for lunch and we went to the Mecca Bar (turkish cuisine) it was divine and of course we had to have a drink or two. After lunch we all headed back off the the trade show, all the new products were fantastic and my assistants were a great help. Must say was a little tied Friday night for crop but we battled on 2.30am that is when Vicki and Kirsty went home.

Saturday off to the market we went, Darren has been having a clean out of all the junk, well it was a bit wet so we didn't stay there all that long. Back home and Saturday afternoon Darren, Kirsty and myself decided to re-arrange the crop room and the shop and boy we have some specials out with the old in with the new. Saturday night went out with a group of friends to Montazzuma's in Parkdale for yummy mexican and Vicki and I enjoyed the frozen cocktails, after a few of these Vicki and I were feeling a bit tired (nothing to do with a late night on Friday night) we decided it was time to go.

Sunday, headed off the Mum and Dad's for lunch, hadn't seen them for awhile so we thought that it was time to catch up. We had a fantastic day.

Monday, back to work, how depressing but the good news is all the new Queen and Co felt has arrived and Debling In Design now has it own seperate phone number 0404 789 035 when you ring this number you will speak to my new employee Kirsty. Kirsty will take any bookings for classes, crops and online enquiries as the Web is nearly ready to go and the online store is getting very close.
